Book clients, assign jobs to your crew, track every vehicle’s full service history with before-and-after photos, and charge cards right when the job is done — all from one app your whole shop can use. No generic scheduling tool with detailing bolted on; every feature was built around how a detail shop actually runs.

The problem with existing tools
Most scheduling software wasn’t built for detailing. It was built for hair salons or HVAC companies or general service businesses, and someone decided to list “auto detailing” in the supported industries. The result is software that handles appointments fine but has no concept of a vehicle — no service history per car, no before-and-after photos, no way to see that a client brought in a different truck last month, no way to know that the ceramic coating you applied is still under warranty.
The tools that do claim to be built for detailing are either too expensive for a small shop, too complicated for your techs to use in a bay, or missing the features that actually matter day to day — like taking a card payment from a phone without a reader, or pulling up a vehicle’s full history in ten seconds when a client calls.

Create a job, pick the service, assign a tech, and set the time. Everyone on your team sees the full schedule in real time from their phone — who has what, when it starts, what’s been done. No morning texts. No confusion about whose car is in bay two.
Full history on every vehicle you’ve ever touched
Every client’s vehicles live in Rinsely with their complete service record. What was done, when, what it cost, who did it, and before-and-after photos from every visit. Pull it up in seconds when a client calls. Know at a glance whether a car came in clean or a wreck. See when a protection coating was applied and flag it when the warranty window is approaching.
Take payment the moment the job is done
Charge a card right from the app — no card reader required. Your techs can collect on-site from their own phone, or you can send the client a payment link via text. Either way the job closes paid, not pending. Tips, deposits, and partial payments are all handled in the same flow.
Client profiles that actually remember things
Every client has a profile with their contact info, all their vehicles, their full job history, and notes. When someone calls to book, you know their name, their cars, what they usually get done, and the last time they came in — before you even say hello.
Automated reminders so you stop chasing people
Rinsely sends appointment reminders automatically so clients show up and you don’t have to make calls the day before. Post-job follow-ups go out on their own too — a review request, a thank-you, a heads-up that it’s been a few months and their car might be due. You set it once and it runs.

What’s coming
Rinsely is in active development. The core platform — scheduling, client and vehicle records, job management, and card payments — is being tested with real shops now. The following will be available at or shortly after launch:
